- CLICK HERE
- Select ONE TRIP above "Get A Quote" (do not select Annual), enter your travel details , then click GET A QUOTE
- There are a choice of 3 plans. Click SELECT, click the box for any desired options, then click CONTINUE
- Complete the Traveler Info & Trip Details. Under Plan Delivery, I recommend both Download and Email
- Click CHECKOUT when done and follow the purchase prompts
You should be able to immediately access the policy info. In addition, I'll follow up with additional info after the purchase as this policy

- Select ANNUAL TRIP, on the left side above "Get A Quote" (do not select One Trip),
- Click "Continue"
- Complete the Traveler Info. Click "Add a Traveler" if adding a family member to the policy
- Select the "Plan Start Date" under trip details.
- Optional: Under the "Add a Trip" section, you can add the optional Trip Cancellation & Interruption benefit for an upcoming trip (or any other optional benefits) or you can add the trip later.
- Under Plan Delivery, I recommend both Download and Email
- Click CHECKOUT when done and follow the purchase prompts

Base Policy
- You automatically have coverage when you are 100+ miles from home...USA or abroad. The only time you need to contact Travel Insured is when you need to purchase optional benefits for any given trip
- Trip Delay $5,000 (up to $200/day - 12 hours)
- Missed Tour or Cruise Connection up to $500 per Trip (3 hours)
- Medical Evacuation and Repatriation of Remains up to $100,000 per Trip
- Political/Security Evac & Natural Disaster Evac up to $150,000 per Trip
- Baggage & Personal Effects up to $2,500
- Baggage Delay up to $750 per Trip (3 hours)
- Accident & Sickness Medical Expense up to $100,000 per Trip
- Accidental Death and Dismemberment - 24 Hour up to $50,000 per Trip
- Air Flight Only AD&D up to $25,000 per Trip
However, if you wish to purchase additional optional coverages for a specific trip then that is done prior to departure. Below are the optional coverages available for purchase on a trip-by-trip basis. You decide which trips you want to add trip cancellation coverage and/or any other optional benefits. This policy requires that you create an account with Travel Insured and then you can purchase any optional upgrades. Unfortunately, I can't do it for you. However...clients find it easier to call Customer Care directly at 855.752.8303 and they quote any specific upgrades and complete the transaction on your behalf.
Optional Upgrades (purchased on an as needed, per trip basis):
- Trip Cancellation & Interruption for a covered reason:
- additional premium: 8.3% of trip cost
- Trip Cancellation & Interruption For Any Reason:
- additional premium: 16.7% of trip cost
- Rental Car Damage & Theft Coverage:
- additional premium: $7/day
- Quarantined / Bed Rest:
- Emergency Medical Evacuation, which includes Repatriation of Mortal Remains:
